But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it’s the instructor’s responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.

KEENHOUR REFUND POLICY/CANCELLATIONS

You agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from purchasing or accessing our courses. The materials contained on our site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.  

Courses and Digital Content
At Keenhour, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience. For courses that last longer than three months, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. However, due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads and short-term courses lasting less than three month.  

Processing Your Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period, please submit your request in email to hello@keenhour.com, providing a brief explanation for the cancellation. We aim to process all refunds within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
 
Exceptions There may be circumstances where only partial refunds are granted: Any course or item returned beyond the 7-day window. Access to course materials and digital content has already been provided.  

Missed Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 7 working days of our confirmation:
Check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@keenhour.com.  

Sale Items
Only regularly priced courses may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and discounted courses cannot be refunded.
